An outstanding hotel with exceptional hospitality from start to finish. Everything exceeded my expectations—from the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms to the welcoming atmosphere created by the staff. I’d especially like to recognize Numan, who made a real difference during my stay. He was incredibly friendly, attentive, and always happy to help with a smile. Amazing experience in this hotel ! The hotel is in top location, near shops, restaurant and close to the tube station. Hotel lobby is welcoming, the staff are very nice, friendly and with a great sense of customer service. In particular Abeer who is a superstar, very good at resolving complaint (saw handling this in front of me), always smiling and offering a sense tjat each customer is important. The room is nice, clean and great view. I will definitely come back, thanks again TRIBE and keep the high standard. Abdellah C.

Janet on the check in desk was warm and smiling, making us feel like we were the most important guests that day. She made sure that we had a quiet room near to relatives who were arriving later. The rooms are light and airy, with an adequate bathroom with good shower compartment. The addition of a radio, kettle with mugs and a variety of quality hot drink options along with the television made for a cosy home for a couple of days. The bed was comfortable, as were the pillows. Linen and towels were of a good quality too. We applaud Tribe's drive to save water and paper with the measures they implement. The bar was welcoming too, with outside and indoor seating options. For central London, the prices were not extortionate and the offer of two cocktails for £15 between 5 and 7pm is a good option too. The position of the hotel was great, easy to get to from the tube station, but also nicely placed for access to everything around Canary Wharf and Canada Water. The area felt very safe both late at night and early in the morning. We are looking forward to returning to the Tribe Canary Wharf and would recommend it to our friends and family.
