Had a brilliant stay 6 June one night. Common area/bar v clean, bright. Well set out. Staff absolutely lovely, especially lady on reception. Room clean, bed comfortable nice shower. Dinner food not great but wouldn’t stop me staying again. Arrive early for parking space. Cleaning staff also friendly 😎

Rooms were what we needed, two single beds (slept well) but a bit small, extra pillow in room, decent pressure in shower but quite snug in bathroom, room was clean. Decent breakfast. Can ask for more coffee, milk, etc from staff for the room. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Thanks to Aiswarya, we dealt with you for most of our stay, easy checkout. Short walk to nearest train/underground. Overall happy with our stay, thank you.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Ibis London Docklands! 🥰 The location is incredibly convenient, making it a perfect base for exploring the city. The staff Ashwarya and Usha were friendly and accommodating, and my room was very comfortable and clean. Highly recommended! ✨🏨💯

Friendly helpful staff. Huge thanks to Aiswarya for making us feel so welcomed. Twin room was a reasonable size however we found the beds a little narrow. Soft pillows although I prefer one with a little more substance. Generally we've enjoyed our stay.
