This was not an expensive booking, and the staff are friendly, location great, fairly clean room, and they have some parking. So in the grand scheme of things we were fairly happy for only 1 night. That being said out toilet wasn't working perfectly, no toiletries provided, and they only provided one pillow which was awful so getting a decent night sleep was difficult.

I stayed here a few times over the years and was given the chalet type room at the back of the hotel. This is not a premier inn in shape or form. The room was clean, the shower was good, the facilities including the fridge and microwave was an added bonus and a bit dated but was in good condition and cleaned daily. The free breakfast was nice and came in useful as I was working a twilight shift. I would recommend this hotel for works rather than a family stay. The staff were helpful.

The room was so hot that me and my husband couldn't sleep all night we had the fan which is in the corner stuck to the wall on full blast with no relieve. The windows which there are only 2 small windows and a latched one that s really small. I payed down and on the bedside table was chewed gum stuck under the the edges. There was no milk for a tea or coffee. It was unbearable we couldn't do it say anything when my husband went down to talkt o them they turned round and said what do U expect from a £60 quid room that's only a double. I'm writing this whilst I'm in the room sweating 🥵 and very uncomfortable. I will be having word with the day staff members as I'm not leaving without part payment back.
