Afternoon Tea The Sussex Hotel, Marble Arch

I had a wonderful experience at Steak and Lobster!! The food was delicious, with great quality and excellent flavour, but what truly made the difference was the service. Azan, Francisco, and Stephan were incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive throughout the whole visit, making the experience even more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this place for both the food and the outstanding service. Thank you so much for making my visit special — I will definitely be coming back! Muchas gracias! Room is lovely however Im pregnant and they gave me a room with stairs to go to the bathroom and its very inconvenient for me as I need to use the bathroom every now and then. The breakfast server Ahmad Swayam is very nice and polite, he was assisting us and very hospitable!. Upon arrival FO Kevin, welcomed us with a warm smile and check-in process was very smooth and quick. The location is good since it’s near the shopping center.

Nice little hotel. The breakfast and customer service were excellent. The rooms are small but comfy, quiet, and have everything you need. The ceilings in our 4th floor rooms were very low - maybe 6 feet 6 high. If you are much over 6 feet tall it could be a problem. Marked down because the air-conditioning wasn't not working. It was a heatwave when we visited in July 2026. They did provide portable air-conditioning units in our rooms, but these are much noisier than proper air-con, so they could not be left on over night. If they fix the air-conditioning I would recommend this hotel. It is in a great location and the prices were very reasonable. If you are over 6 feet tall I recommend asking them for a room with a higher ceiling.

I had a great stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean, and the restaurant served delicious food. Special thanks to Ahmad Swayam for his excellent service in the restaurant. He was friendly, attentive, and made our dining experience enjoyable. Highly recommended!
