An absolute gem in the heart of London. The staff welcomes every guest with warmth and lovely smiles. Great ambience, blending South India with subtle modernity. Authentic food, wide menu, great tasting finger licking food, that isn't very pricey either. Their kufies are a must have.

Came on a refreshing Saturday evening of July 4th around 19.20 in a party of two. There was no one in the ground floor so we chose to sit wherever suited us. The ground floor temperature was warm but not cool which was fine for us. The chicken tikka was delicious and rightly cooked. The basmati rice was a bit soft but tasty. The mutton was flavorful and aromatic. The plain rice melted well with the curry which was spicy as I like. It took about 15 minutes prior to us being served our meal but worth it. It tasted better than most Indian cuisine that I tried so far in London.

If you’re hunting for incredible, vibrant Indian food right in the heart of London, you need to put Bangalore Express City on your radar. Whether you're looking for a stellar lunch spot away from your desk or a vibrant place to unwind after hours, this gem hits every single mark.Location-wise, it couldn't be more convenient. It is situated just a short, easy walk from the iconic Fenchurch Street "Walkie Talkie" building (20 Fenchurch Street). It’s the perfect escape from the bustling City streets into a sleek, contemporary space that feels both modern and deeply inviting. The menu is a fantastic journey through bold, authentic Indian flavors, executed with a brilliant modern twist. From perfectly spiced curries to incredible street-food-inspired small plates, the kitchen knows exactly what it's doing. But don't just go for the food, their cocktail menu is a destination in its own right. They serve beautifully crafted drinks that pair perfectly with the heat and spice of the menu, mixing classic techniques with unique, aromatic ingredients.

Visited Bangalore Express City recently. The restaurant was quite busy and unfortunately very noisy, which made it difficult to enjoy the meal and have a conversation. The food was decent but the taste was average and didn't particularly stand out. Service was satisfactory, but overall the experience was just okay. A reasonable option if you're nearby, but there may be better choices for a more relaxed dining experience.
