Visited this small café on New Bond Street for breakfast on a warm day. The outdoor seating is pleasant, but the area is quite busy and noisy, with some pollution from nearby construction. The staff were super friendly and welcoming, which really improved the experience. They prepared a tasty spicy egg dish with fresh salad, cooked well and nicely seasoned. Overall, a nice spot for a simple breakfast with great service, as long as you don’t mind the hustle and noise of the surrounding area.

Yesterday, my family and I visited Caffè Concerto to celebrate my sister’s birthday. Unfortunately, our experience at this branch was very disappointing. One member of staff was unwilling to seat us or offer us a table at first. In the end, we stayed because we genuinely like Caffè Concerto and wanted to celebrate there. When we asked about a birthday cake, we were simply told that they don’t provide that service. It also took a long time before anyone came to take our order, and after ordering, we waited a very long time for our food and drinks to arrive. Overall, the service was very poor and far below what we have experienced at other Caffè Concerto branches. In the future, I would rather visit the Harrods or Regent Street branch, where the service has always been much better. Sadly, this visit was not the experience we expected for such a special occasion.

The food was average and the service decent. The location though is great as it's next to Oxford St near Bond St Station and the tables outdoors provide a great seating area when the weather is good.

We organised a surprise bridal party for our friend and chose Cafe Concerto for the celebration — and we absolutely do not regret it. It was truly a 10/10 experience. A special thank you to the managers, Ahmed and Henal, who were incredibly helpful in organising the party. Everything was handled at the highest level. The food was delicious, portions were generous, and the drinks were amazing. The staff were exceptionally friendly and even sang for us, which made the whole party even more special. We were genuinely impressed. Thank you so much for making our celebration unforgettable. We highly recommend this place for any special occasion or party! 📍 Bond Street, London⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
