Service needs to be improved. Staff gave weird answers to questions about the hotel that everyone should be made aware (for example, letting me know that I should find a paper and menus in the room with instructions on how to place an order for breakfast would have changed my experience or giving me the correct schedule for the pool - this I learned after the fact. Otherwise the hotel is well located, the room was clean and spacious. There are restaurants and Tower Bridge near by. The concierge was lovely and helpful. The hotel is good but the check in and info needs to be improved to ensure the guest has a better experience.

Wonderful experience staying at this hotel for an impromptu night. From walking through the door to leaving, the experience was way beyond anything I expected for the price paid in Central London. Every member of staff we encountered were very friendly and couldn't do enough to make the stay perfect. Breakfast was absolutely delicious! The stand out was the room, absolutely perfect in every way, and possibly the best night's sleep I have had in years, we didn't want to get out of bed. This hotel is 100% recommended, I'd be blown away of I ever have a better one night stay in London, especially at the price paid.

We stayed 4 nights in that hotel and it had a real good taste in style overall. Extrapoints for the persons working at the breakfast area! They were super friendly and also the people at the desk were nice and helped us with our questions. The Hotel itself was good. Downside was the hygiene in the room bathroom, there was dirt and limestone on the sink and shower. Also negative was that the SPA area had rules where kids where not allowed after 9pm there was also a worker who assigned towelt and checked you into the spa. We checked in at 9:15 and 5 minutes later a dad with his kids entered the pool as well, playing around, jumping from the corner, etc, etc, No Spa feeling at all, why make rules then and also assign a worker for the entrance? Breakfast was perfect!

The hotel is very outdated and urgently needs renovation. Rooms are spacious but, but no views and very dark. Breakfast is being served in a large room without daylight and despite the price of 23 pounds and mediocre quality. First room had to be swapped as AC was not working. Reception initially suggested a portable AC which I gladly turned down. Wouldn't recommend also considering pricing point. Location is central which is a plus.
