Overrated. The bread was too sweet, the sauce too heavy and the portions too small, so unbalanced overall. The smash burger itself was fine, but very small compared to other well renowned chains, especially for the price. Feedback was the same for the classic as well as the crispy onion and smoked bacon version. Fries were okay, under seasoned overall. Shakes were vanilla malt but couldn't taste the malt at all, good that they have lots of options however.

No doubt the best burgers and fries I’ve ever had! The restaurant has many seating areas, however they can get full at rush hours. The beef and chicken in this restaurant chain blow my mind. Today, I chose the chicken burger and it was delicious. The chicken had a great batter and tasted amassing. The lemonade served here tastes really fresh and is perfect for a warm day. Staff are king and knowledgable on if you require help.

We’ve tried the SmokeShack and the the og Shack which were amazing! The limited Roasted Garlic Mayo Fries are also a must try, even tho they’re here for a short time. I absolutely love the whole experience. Worth every penny.
