Perhaps the best pork ribs I've ever had. The pork is super soft and tender that it just comes off the bone easily. The sauce tasted amazing and the fries goes so well with it that I don't even need ketchup nor mayo. You would need to wait for a small bit before the food it served but it is definitely worth it. The pint of coke served at the bar goes really well with the meal too. Really comfortable seating with the sun shining into the pub. Would definitely chill here for longer the next time i visit.

Everyone is lovely and welcoming. THE CHICKEN BURGER IS CRAZY YUMMY. I don’t think I’ve ever had a burger this buff. 10/10 and the chef seems cool as hell ALSO so reasonably priced! So so happy I love this place

Went here today for my Cousins birthday lunch, Service banging lovely waitress Clace. Well the food was amazing, abundance of platters the smell divine. Not gonna lie lots of meat so don't expect anything less, but the jackfruit burger on point. Keon the cook lovely friendly and he makes all his own sauces. You gotta go. Uma proper gem in Camden.

When I came to The Golden Lion I had the stack of ribs, set of fries and oxtail and I have to say it was so delicious it’s difficult to put into words. when I got served the food was very hot and well prepared. Everything on there specials ranging from the oxtail to the smoked turkey ribs are absolutely mouth watering good, the meat is nice and tender that just tears off the bone with every bite and is glazed in there bourbon sauce with tasty seeds that makes the already delicious ribs sweet and tasty, I’ve had my fair share of fries of different ranges but these ones are some of the best I’ve had and goes so well with the ribs. The table service is also top notch always making sure if everything is alright with our meal. All in all I would strongly recommend The Golden Lion to anyone who hasn’t given this gem a try.
