The atmosphere is absolutely lovely, florals, nice furniture and lighting. Food was decent, the group enjoyed the pasta arrabbiata and katsu curry chicken. The rib-eye was tasty but quite chewy, the accompanying truffle gratin was yum but the creamed spinach was a let down, seemed very watery rather than rich and creamy. The Korean popcorn chicken small plate was good. The pork belly dish was good but the pieces were on the dry side. Regarding service, it seemed good. The only negative would be, after they cleared the table, no dessert menu was offered and it was difficult to catch anyone's eye to ask.

We had a wonderful dining experience at the restaurant in The Clermont Hotel. We were served by Muhammad, who was exceptionally polite, friendly, and attentive. His excellent service and warm hospitality made our meal even more enjoyable. Thank you, Muhammad, for making us feel so welcome. Highly recommended!

The Soak at The Clermont Victoria was one of the culinary highlights of our trip to London. While the food was excellent, what truly made our experience exceptional was the outstanding service and genuine hospitality from the team. A special thank you to George, Pedro, Mohammad, Antony, and Sammy, who consistently went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Their professionalism, warmth, attention to detail, and friendly personalities turned every meal into a memorable experience. They anticipated our needs, made thoughtful recommendations, and created the kind of atmosphere that keeps you coming back. The new breakfast menu was fantastic. The bacon and cheese omelette was perfectly prepared and served with a fresh salad, toast, and delicious jams. The Eggs Benedict was rich and beautifully executed, while the American pancakes topped with crispy fried chicken and bacon were a wonderfully indulgent treat. The caramel latte was incredibly creamy, smooth, and absolutely delicious. We also enjoyed dinner at The Soak and were equally impressed. The pork belly was outstanding, the penne pasta was flavorful and comforting, and the traditional English fish and chips were cooked to perfection with a light, crisp batter. Their bourbon drinks were excellent, but what really stole the show was the phenomenal presentation of the drinks. Every cocktail felt like an experience in itself. They were creative, beautifully crafted, and visually stunning. The salted caramel espresso martini was the perfect finale to a wonderful meal. It’s rare to find a place where the quality of the food, creativity of the drinks, and level of service all exceed expectations, but The Soak delivers on every front. George, Pedro, Antony, Mohammad, and Sammy deserve special recognition for making our visit so memorable. We can’t wait to return and would highly recommend The Soak to anyone visiting London.

Nice food, great staff and great location, we’ll be back! The staff, especially Victoria, were so nice and very attentive. The food was so tasty, we had a mix of Asian dishes and English dishes.Everything had rave reviews from all of us…chicken katsu curry, sea bass, pork belly, fish and chips and the Soak burger. Everything was piping hot and fresh. Thank you The Soak!
