What visitors say

Jon Scott (Scotty)

Took our little one to see their first film (Mario), having not been to the cinema in over a decade. Was surprised how different the seating and layout was. Very comfortable recliner seats as standard with dedicated trays and drinks holders. Drinks and snacks were not as expensive as I had assumed they were. Venue is clean and tidy, easy to book online or through the app, will be visiting again.

A great experience at Odeon Nuneaton. The cinema was clean and well maintained, and the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Their excellent service made the whole visit even more enjoyable. A very pleasant experience from start to finish!

Visited the Odeon luxe a few times and the whole entry process feels oddly inefficient. You walk in and are immediately directed to the self-service screens right by the door. Then you have to head over to the counter anyway, before someone scans your ticket. With the screens positioned so close to the entrance, it creates a long queue that spills right outside the building,, especially during busy times. I get that they're trying to modernise things, but replacing people with screens for ticket purchases isn't really working here. It would make far more sense to have a few staff members handling orders and payments at the counter, while others focus on preparing drinks and food. Once that's sorted, a quick ticket scan further along would keep everything flowing much smoother. This awkward setup at the start really takes away from the experience. A bit more thought into the customer flow would go a long way. Doesn't feel premium, you're only paying for the large cinema screen and recliner seats to be honest, don't know how a self service screen makes this premium!

I visited here this evening with my family. My son took poorly and unfortunately he was sick. The young man on the front(i assume he was the manager) red head was really hands on. Wouldnt let me clean and was so understanding. Hes a credit to the cinema. He also issued us vouchers so we could come back and finish the film at another time. Great customer service. We wil be visiting again with hopefully everyone feeling much better :) thank you Nuneaton Odeon
