What visitors say
We had been planning to visit here on holiday, but ended up getting a stomach bug 24 hours before we were due to go, we rang up and asked if they could swap our days explaining the stomach bug, and they moved our booking to after 48 hours of being in the safe zone from it (even though their T&Cs said they would not, so thankful for this). When we turned up, it was straight through the front, no queuing what so ever. It cost us £8 for a single buggy hire for the whole day, which was so worth it in our opinion. We got a refillable cup £3.99 each, refills were £2.50 per refill. All the other drinks were about £2.50 each too, and the food and gift shop is on the pricier side. They had plenty of different ride options, good for young kids all the way up to adults, what I would say is it would be a good idea for them to bring more adult attractions in! We also feel like the park was very spread apart, we almost missed the bit with the bumper cars because it's so far out, there isn't much signage throughout the park or maps telling you were you are. Be prepared for a lot of walking. The one thing I would say is, get your staff member out of the costume please. It has been absolutely roasting the past week and it's a health hazard to have them in the mascot costume in these heat waves!

Having visited this park since a child. It has been on the decline for a few years. Since Premier Attractions have acquired the park. It is definitely on the up once again. The fact they have restored the castle back to its prime is a massive positive. 4 new rides in the park! 100% more presentable. Im hoping they introduce a few more thrill rides to compliment what they already have. Value for money NOW is extremely good. Need to do something with the area where the ko-karts. Had a great day. FYI bring back the tempest and death slide ☺️. Will most definitely be coming back. All staff were extremely friendly and always on hand to help. Thank you for a great day! Looking forward to the future and what it brings.

A family Celebration was arranged for our grandson Charlie’s 9th Birthday. Having panicked for a short time with a disappointing weather report, it turned out fine in the end. It must have put a lot of people off because we had no trouble with long queues and enjoyed all the rides. We took packed lunches but enjoyed drinks and ice creams within the picnic areas. All the staff were polite and nothing was too much trouble. We had a good day.

Visit date - 10/05/2026 What an awesome little theme park! Family and thrill seeker friendly. Wipeout is by far the best coaster! Such a thrilling coaster! Better than some of the 'BIGS' in parks like Bush Gardens! If your a coaster enthusiast it's a must ! The down force.. 💪🏼 Food and drink reasonably priced especially the unlimited hot drinks for £8.50! (£7.50 online price) We had the Biscoff waffles. Good sized portion with tons of toppings! Think that's the first time ever I've had an actual decent amount of topping and sauce! 👏🏼 The park is well spaced with wide paths. Lots of bins, clean toilets. (Note - sanitary bins were not in all the womans loos) Lots of restaurants and food booths available throughout the park. Genuinely the happiest and friendliest staff I've ever seen at a theme park! They communicated with each other well and gave you that safe feeling if your a tad nervous of the rides. They all say 'enjoy your day' and with a genuine smile! Harvi particularly stood out! Bumped into him multiple times at different points in the park! So polite and helpful. (He definitely deserves a bonus) The member of staff attending the Wave Breaker did his best to wipe the ride down before you get in so we didn't get a wet bottom! The park boast 2 trains! One small and one big! The staff member on the smaller train let us know that we were going to meet the other train on our way round the track and that there might be a small delay (it was only a few seconds) and that the red/green light is stuck on red at the crossing 😂 Park Admission - easy to buy online and reasonable priced. The park could do with tidying up a tad. But It looks like there will be some new rides coming maybe?.... Few old abandoned buildings. They were not all an eye sores.. especially the Castle theatre and old train restaurant. Very nostalgic. The Carousel 🎠 needs some love and care. Another nostalgic ride. It definitely needs to stay. But a lick of paint and some WD-40 would go a long way 😂 and is the music meant to stop during the ride and then start up again when it finishes?? The shooting ride... I might have missed it.. but how do you know what your score is? I didn't spot a screen anywhere on the way out? Is the coaster with the brown track down for maintenance? Can't comment on queue wait times as there were none! Everything was walk on ! We will be back 😃 Thank you Pleasurewood Hills for a great day!
