Disabled friendly Very friendly, welcoming and helpful reception. We had a Disabled room and huge, managed to get mobility scooter in and plenty of room. Wet room with lots of support handles and low access so excellent for wheelchair users as well. Ground floor rooms available and plentiful free parking right outside reception. Also dog friendly. Harvester to the left and Tesco extra superstore opposite with McDonald's to the right. Very central to drive to all the attractions along the coast, Norfolk Broads or countryside.

On our fifth visit. Handy for visiting family and local attractions. Rooms moderately priced, clean and well looked after. Food outlets within walking distance.

Convenient location with a Harvester on one side and McDonald's on the other, and Tesco opposite, so food is available. Room and shower room was clean and nicely presented. Tea and coffee, which will be replaced at any time. Water available at reception. Also a recycling bin. Grounds well maintained. Look forward to going back soon.
