Broadland Sands Holiday Park

We had a fantastic stay at Broadland Sands Holiday Park! The park was clean, well maintained, and had a lovely friendly atmosphere from the moment we arrived. The staff were welcoming, helpful, and always happy to assist with anything we needed. There was plenty to do for both adults and children, with great entertainment, excellent facilities, and beautiful surroundings. Our accommodation was comfortable, clean, and well equipped, making it easy to relax and enjoy our holiday. The location is perfect for exploring the local area, and we wouldn’t hesitate to come back again. Thank you to everyone at Broadland Sands Holiday Park for making our stay so enjoyable. ⭐☆☆☆☆ Sadly, this was one of the most disappointing holiday park experiences we’ve had. The park felt tired, poorly maintained and lacking investment. There was litter around the site, the clubhouse toilets frequently smelled unpleasant, the swimming pool was cloudy, and the overall standard of cleanliness and maintenance fell well below what we expected. Compared with other Park Holidays sites we’ve visited, Broadland Sands was a significant disappointment. What disappointed us most, however, was the response after our stay. We took the time to provide detailed, constructive feedback, supported by photographs, in the hope it would help improve the park. Instead, the response was defensive and dismissive, giving the impression that customer feedback is acknowledged but not genuinely acted upon. Every business can get things wrong. The best businesses listen, learn and improve. Unfortunately, that wasn’t our experience here. We won’t be returning and couldn’t recommend Broadland Sands to anyone looking for a well-maintained holiday park that genuinely values its customers.

Great park, comfortable caravan. Lots here for families, entertainment, play areas, swimming pool and youre very close to the coast. I used it as a starting point for cycle rides out, found a few I enjoyed. I cant comment on the entertainment or food as I didn't engage. But as a base to explore the area its well placed. Definitely a family friendly park, but it suited my needs.

as my last day comes i will definitely miss this place, the lifeguards there at the pool are amazing they are extremely nice and are extremely professional I literally loved everything about the pool the slides were amazing, the lifeguards are here to keep everyone safe. The pool is clean and depending on the weather like today it is extremely hot around 33°c and the pool was cold which is good and i didnt see no dirt or any bad stuff in the water (which Is rare because mostly where i swim its dirty at other swimming places because i swim for a team and go to lots of different places) I want to give another thank you to the lifeguards and thank them for how nice they are and I think it is a huge recommendation to come here and do activities, swim and watch entertainment and go to the arcades I would love to come next time
