It is best enjoyed we feel in the summer. The pool is one of the best that we have experienced at Warners. In nice weather we walk back to out chalet in our dressing gowns and shower 'at home'. Nice area to explore with lovely surroundings. We so enjoyed all the out door activities. We are so saddened that there is an extra charge so won't be doing them when we are back that later this year.

We have had a lovely 4 days here, The Theme was "Northern Soul" we didn't really know the Music, but by staying here have definitely enjoyed it, Dancers were fab. We done "Gin Tasting" with Ethen, who was very professional with a great personality,Served behind bar as well. Jack done "Cocktail Making" very good. And also the young lady in the dining room,don't know her name though, we were table 41 and she was great too. Food was very tasty, lots of variety to choose from. Our room was Clean. Couldn't fault it here. Thank you all.

This was the first time of using warner hotels and wasn't sure what to expect worry not gunton hall blew it out the park. From arrival to departure staff were unconditionally professional and wanted to give their guest a unprecedented holiday. The accommodation was squeaky clean and around the site in all public areas even Mrs Hinch would be impressed and the grounds would amaze Alan Titchmarsh in the standard. Food was plentiful of a consistent high quality and numerous choice and always hot on plate delivery. We had a allocated table number 21 each and evening/morning and a shout out should go to restaurant guest server called RON every meal time he found time to check in with his guest in a unobtrusive manner and he oozed professionalism and Clearly he delivers his diners a unique experience which is clearly embedded in his work ethics and always had a smile for each and everyone dining. There is lots to explore around the site giving easy access to other visits off site. Entertainment was good and offered something for everyone .

Our first Warners experience and definitely wont be our last! We stayed in a Garden Lodge which was perfect! Can't fault anything. I thought the food was very tasty and enjoyed the different themes each evening (and there is carvery every evening if the themes aren't your thing) Entertainment was excellent. Beautiful surroundings. Staff were warm and friendly and any minor issues dealt with promptly and professionally. If you are under 60 you are in the minority group but everyone here seems to be having a wonderful time! Will definitely return.
