Lynton Cottage Hotel occupies a Grade II listed Georgian building set in three acres of its own wooded grounds, 500 feet above sea level and facing directly out over Lynmouth Bay and the Bristol Channel. The position, chosen by its original Victorian owners for the view alone, still gives the hotel one of the widest outlooks of any property in either village.
