About The Bickerton Poacher
The Bickerton Poacher keeps things adults-only, making it a quieter choice for a break in Cheshire. Set on Wrexham Road in Malpas, this inn pairs the feel of a traditional pub with proper hotel comforts, and free on-site parking takes the hassle out of arriving by car.
Rooms come with en-suite bathrooms and drinks available to enjoy in your room, while family rooms are also on offer despite the adults-only policy applying to the wider accommodation. A restaurant and bar serve meals through the day, including breakfast and kids meals for visiting families, and there's a garden to sit out in when the weather allows. Reception is staffed around the clock, so arrival times are flexible.
Beyond the front door, Malpas offers golf and fishing nearby for those wanting to fill their days, along with further pubs, bars and restaurants within easy reach for evenings out. Entertainment options in the area round out a stay that mixes straightforward comfort with a genuinely restful, adult-focused atmosphere.
