What visitors say
We came here tonight. Absolutely brilliant we didn’t have to wait long. All the staff were lovely I was offered a space on the go karting as someone cancelled but I wasn’t able to as I had epilepsy but to come up and offer that it made me feel happy so thankyou . There was one young man who made the visit extra amazing he was called yuri I think that’s how it’s spelt. He was lovely to speak to and helped my daughter feel comfortable as she was the one going on the go karting and she had bad anxiety. The overall experience was fun, even though you didn’t get long on the track it was still fun. We will definitely be back!!!

Great fun. We attended on. Saturday afternoon and we’re racing by our allotted time. If you’re going to moan it’s only 20 minutes then book again.. 6 races with 10 people. Someone crashed into me which causes the race to stop, so there’s no bumper cars. So much fun and excitement, staff were great too. Highly recommend for family or date

Cannot recommend. We booked this for a birthday day out, booked the 12.40 slot for 6 people (which the website said was available). Get there 10 mins prior and get checked in without issue. Then the issues started, we are told that we can't all go on together at our booked time as they have 2 groups of 5 also booked and it is 8 people on the track at a time maximum. So, we needed to split up because of their error and had to split into 2 sets of three. Bearing in mind, the maximum on the track is 10 (according to their website and what they told a group after us) so as they had overbooked the slot they could have put the two groups of 5 together for one slot and then kept us together for the next one, not splitting up any groups. When we asked if there was anyway at all that we could be kept together as it was a birthday treat, we had a firm no 'as they are fully booked'. The first group of 3 then get called through, at 1pm (our booked time for 6 people was 12.40). The second group of 3 then gets called in at 1.20pm and we are told that we are the 1.20pm slot! So now, 40 minutes after our booked time and they havent even attempted to say they're running late, they've just split us up to suit them and make more money. As the second group of 3 was not called in until 40 minutes after our booked time we ended up missing our next activity and one of the group had to run over to the next venue and see if there was a later slot we could have, luckily, they did and were accommodating. £180 spent, would not say it was value for money. I must add, we were not a one off. As we were leaving another group of 8 had been split up to work around their bookings also. They had not been told of this prior either.

Quite expensive for a 20 minute experience. Our booking was for 8pm. As instructed to do so, on their terms, we arrived 10 minutes before the booking began. We were told that because they allow 2 groups to book per session, we would now have to wait 30 minutes as the first group came before us. So although we booked for 8, and arrived early, we didn’t get on the track until about 8:30. The car’s ran out of battery mid race, causing more stoppages to already short races. 6 races in total lasting a few minutes each. Staff morbid attitudes and personalities made the experience not great too. Overall, wouldn’t really recommend. £120 for a 20 minute experience for 4 adults, 2 kids💀

People say this go-karting experience is a unique and fun variant on standard go-karting, offering an immersive, real-life Mario Kart experience with dynamic courses. They also highlight the friendly and helpful staff, who enhance the overall enjoyment.
Some reviews mention the experience can be short for the price.
