About CitySuites Aparthotel
Walk into a room at CitySuites Aparthotel and you get more than a bed for the night: a proper kitchen for cooking your own meals, air conditioning, and windows looking out over the city. Family rooms are available, and every room comes with an en-suite bathroom, so there's flexibility whether you're staying for a weekend or settling in for longer.
Downstairs, the aparthotel has a restaurant and bar, along with a breakfast service that's worth getting up for. An indoor swimming pool and gym give guests a way to unwind or keep up a routine, while concierge services, laundry, and luggage storage take care of the practical side of a stay. Free WiFi and an electric vehicle charge point round out the amenities.
The location on Chapel Street puts guests within easy reach of Manchester's pubs, restaurants and entertainment, with a golf course and watersports also nearby for those wanting to get further afield. Staff are generally helpful, though a few guests have found service inconsistent at busier times.

I wish i could give this hotel 0 star, left my 2 gold rings in the room mistakenly, called shortly after checking out to check if it had been found and even came back to hotel from out of city to take my rings back from the room because nobody checked in after we left but the lady Simone on the reception was extremely unhelpful, rude and not empathetic and failed to escalate the issue in a timely manner to ensure the safe return of the ring. I was informed someone is looking for it by this point house keeping cleaned the room and stole my 2 rings. The customer service is disgusting and i m still shocked how they behave with their customers. I begged her to let me have a look for my rings 1 was my wedding ring and other one was a gift from my mother and worth about more than £1000. But Simone was lying that there is no other staff i cant leave the desk even though when we checked in we waited for 15 to 20 minutes because there was no one at the desk. We asked for supervisor or manager she said no one is available. On the other hand their staff member was playing football outside but they not able to help their customers. They dont care about their customers at all and dont resolve the issue. They dont even listen your issue properly. Never saw this bad customer service and disgusting staff members. And citysuitesaparthotel should kick out the staff members like Simone. I would never recommend anyone to go to this hotel better to stay in travelodge!

We booked a two-bedroom apartment again, and it was spot on as always. The space is perfect, clean, modern, and really comfortable, especially if you’re travelling with family. Having two bathrooms makes a massive difference and just makes the whole stay that bit more relaxed. The location is ideal, everything is within easy reach, and the facilities are always well maintained. Breakfast at Embankment Kitchen never disappoints, fresh, tasty, and a great way to start the day. Another brilliant visit, and definitely won’t be the last. Highly recommended!

Like many others have said this is not a five star establishment. This was a special weekend for my wife and I so we requested an early check in and champagne to the room prior to arrival. When we arrived we were told the room wasn’t ready so that was one let down we were offered to get changed in the bathroom to freshen up (not joking) and leave our bag behind. When we got back much later my surprise of champagne had not materialised so I went down to complain. (The surprise was ruined now) so asked for it anyway. The service staff came back with a bottle of prosecco. I had to ask for an ice bucket and champagne flutes (glassware is in the apartment) so I’m meant to drink out of a mug? It was farcical from start to finish. I did complain to management after my stay to not be comped and instead offered 50% off my next stay. As I enquired on the date manager had overinflated the price (£375 per room for a twin) to make it look like a “deal”. I won’t be returning. As others have said the breakfast is lovely but you do have to wait a LONG time and it is chaotic. Tries to be five star and fails on every count.

Three stars overall for the nice room and the really nice cocktails on the evening of our stay. Would not recommend eating breakfast here though unless you like a long wait - it took 35 minutes for (half full, lukewarm) drinks to appear and then the continental breakfast items we ordered didn't materialise at all. Left a bitter taste after a nice evening.
