We have recently had an excellent stay at the Dakota Manchester!! The room was amazing and very comfortable. All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Thank you so much to Amber, Stella and all other reception staff who were fabulous! Thank you also to all restaurant and bar staff who looked after us so well! It was our first stay at the hotel and it was wonderful!! We will definitely be back soon!!

I absolutely love this hotel. The moment you walk through the entrance, you're welcomed by a fresh, elegant fragrance that creates a truly luxurious and relaxing atmosphere. It's one of those small details that leaves a lasting impression. I first stayed here about three years ago, and the experience remained in my mind ever since. When my wife and I returned to Manchester three days ago, there was no question about where we wanted to stay—we chose this hotel again because of the wonderful memories from our previous visit. Once again, the hotel exceeded our expectations. The ambience is warm and inviting, the rooms are comfortable and well maintained, and the staff are courteous, professional, and always willing to help. Every aspect of our stay reflected the same high standards that we remembered. Thank you for another memorable experience. I can't recommend Dakota Manchester highly enough, and a huge part of that is thanks to Kelly, the Operations Manager. From start to finish, she has been absolutely amazing. Her approach is so personal and genuine—you never feel like just another customer. She goes above and beyond in every way, making sure everything runs smoothly and taking the time to make you feel valued and supported. Kelly's professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to delivering an exceptional experience truly made all the difference. She clearly cares about what she does, and it shows in every interaction. I'd also like to mention Honey, who was fantastic as well.
