Second time staying here and will be our regular go to when we visit our son at MCR UNI. The place is safe, secure and the staff are helpful and welcoming. The rooms are a good size, usual Premier Inn standard and the views are mega!! I’d like to mention the breakfast chef, he really is a truly lovely chap and goes above and beyond to make breakfast both fun and tasty! He is so helpful and enjoys making breakfast a sociable event, not just a face fill session. He cooked special orders, has a joke or two and has incredible people skills. Great service with a smile and great food! Hotel - great location over a multi story car park and close to MCR centre. …… oh the sausages!!!

Had a lovely stay here perfect central location. Staff lovely & helpful. 1 minor dislike is not being able to get fresh air in rooms as you cant even open the windows a tiny bit for ventilation. Just an inch would do.

Rooms were great everything was clean and location is in a very good spot! Near shops and the pubs, but I had an issue with the service TBH. Me and my mates were at the bar and we were served by this staff member who was blunt and not informative enough, think his name was Jackjeet? We heard another staff member call his name but he was so rude and he closed the bar at midnight but we got told that it closes at 2, and when we asked for 4 Heinekens he rolled his eyes??? Dunno why he was so rude to us but we wasn’t loud and we had a pleasant stay but he ruined the experience for us. We came down for breakfast and he was ignoring us… he was sat down in the lounge on his phone and didn’t acknowledge us when we was waiting for him to answer our question. The other two staff members were lovely though! They were very welcoming and ensured we was seen to all times, two female staff members they were. however the male staff member wasn’t as welcoming. honest joke but other than that, we enjoyed it. Could be better!

First time using this Premier inn, wone be the last as it was a very good hotel. Perfect for visiting the city centre as its only a 5 min walk away. Its not obvious its a hotel as its a 8 story car park with the hotel on the top of it. When you go in on the main floor there are two lifts, you need to go to level 9 as that's where reception is located. you then need to go up from there to the hotel rooms. the room was clean and modern with two USB sockets next to the bed. it has air-con which worked well. the view from the restaurant is amazing looking over Manchester from the 9th floor. I would deffo come to this hotel again.
