A Truly Wonderful Stay: Hospitality at Its Best I recently stayed at the Maldron Hotel Manchester for two nights, and I honestly had such a lovely experience. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with the warmest smile from the receptionist. It immediately made me feel welcome, and it genuinely felt like she could sense that I'd had a long journey. That first impression set the tone for the rest of my stay. What stood out most was the exceptional hospitality. Every member of staff I interacted with, including the manager, was professional, approachable, and genuinely friendly. It didn't feel like the typical hotel experience where interactions can sometimes feel formal or rushed. Everyone made me feel valued as a guest, and the manager was even eager to hear feedback, which showed how much they care about providing a great experience. The ambience of the hotel was beautiful. It was calm, relaxing, and comfortable—I honestly felt refreshed just being there. At times, I almost forgot I was in the UK because the level of service reminded me of the hospitality I've experienced while travelling abroad. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, and the food was excellent. I ordered the salad during my stay, and it was fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. The only small suggestion I would make is to consider providing complimentary toiletries such as body lotion, a toothbrush, and toothpaste. These are items that guests occasionally forget to pack, and having them available in the room would make an already excellent stay even better. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Thank you to the entire team for making my visit so enjoyable. I look forward to returning!

We had a very good experience at Maldron Hotel. The atmosphere was welcoming and the staff were excellent throughout. Great location, service and ambience. Breakfast was fantastic, with plenty of choice, from freshly made food. Worthy to note is the excellent breakfast team in place. Great team - Kayode breakfast was always pleasant and welcoming - honestly, one of the highlights of the morning. We liked it so much that we've gone there again, and we would be happy to return. Great value for money!

I had a really lovely stay at the Maldron hotel. The location was very convenient and everything was within walking distance, which made exploring the area really easy. The room was clean, modern and comfortable, which made it a great place to relax. A special thanks to Sadia at the reception for making check in smooth and easy, she was extremely helpful from the start. Breakfast had a broad assortment to choose from and the staff were incredibly friendly throughout my stay. As a solo traveler who stays in a lot of different hotels, I really appreciated how welcoming and talkative the staff were here. On my last day I had a lovely chat with Jessica about the Manchester United football game. Overall it was a wonderful experience and I would happily stay again.

Had a lovely dinner at the Grain & Grill restaurant at the Maldron Hotel this evening. A special thank you to Tej and Shubham, who both provided excellent service. They were warm, friendly and professional throughout the evening. There was a bit of a delay getting started, but they handled everything thoughtfully and made sure I was well looked after. One of them even very kindly offered me a complimentary drink, which was a genuinely appreciated gesture and completely unexpected. Small acts of kindness and good customer service make a real difference, and these two are a credit to the hotel. Thank you both, and I hope the management recognises the excellent job you're doing.
