The hotel has 302 rooms, each with air conditioning, a smart TV, en-suite bathroom and drinks available in room, and the beds are consistently comfortable. There's a restaurant and bar on site for meals or an evening drink, breakfast is served for those who'd rather not head out first thing, and a gym is available for guests keen to keep up a routine. Meeting rooms make it a practical choice for business visitors, while free WiFi, luggage storage and on-site parking (chargeable) cover the practical side of a stay. Pets are welcome, too.

Pretty decent hotel in Manchester - I arrived around noon after an overnight flight and was super pleased I was able to check in a little early. There's quite a lot of seating around the reception area and a nice bar and restaurant area for breakfast as well. Overall good vibe as you enter. The room was kind of amusingly compact. I don't remember if I booked a tiny room or a regular room. But this one was pretty small. No closet in the room, the safe doubles as a side table, and no desk (very awkward to pull a chair up to the bed and put my laptop there with a book under the mouse). Need to execute a three-point turn to have sufficient space to leave the bathroom. Anyways, it's small but fine, as long as that fits your expectations. Similarly, no iron or ironing board in the room. I was able to secure one from the front desk; not sure how many they have so at a busy time that might be a point of contention. Room was super clean and the service in between the nights I stayed refreshed the room impeccably. Price I think was pretty great - first time in Manchester but seems like a great value. And the location again seems quite good.

This is a great hotel just off the Main Street in Manchester. The rooms are small, but clean and perfect for a nights stay. We visited to travel to the coop arena for a gig. This was a 15 minute drive away or 25 minute tram ride. Staff were friendly and very helpful in providing directions and dining options. Bar is perfect for an end of night drink, not noisy and service excellent.

Stayed here with my partner for one night while we were attending a gig in Manchester. Customer service was excellent. I didn’t catch the name of the Scottish guy who checked us in, but he was very warm and friendly. It was also a nice touch that we were given two free drink tokens to use at the bar. We didn’t end up using them, but the bar looked very welcoming and was nicely decorated, as was the lobby. The room itself was fantastic for the price. The bed was comfortable and there were blackout curtains, a safe for valuables, tea and coffee facilities, air conditioning, and a hairdryer (which was great as it meant not having to go down to reception to ask for one). The bathroom was clean, modern, and well maintained. We also had no issues with noise from other guests. The only very minor issue was that one of the coffee cups looked slightly dirty and had what appeared to be lipstick on it. It wasn’t a big deal as we didn’t use them and everything else was spotless, but it may be something the cleaners could double check. Overall, a really pleasant stay and great value for money.

Perfect location forManchester city centre. Lovely clean room and bathroom. Friendly, helpful staff. Very quiet room. Big comfortable bed. Buffet breakfast that was quite basic but more than adequate. Good value for money. I can recommend and would definitely stay again.
