Manasi…..the manager at front desk…..wow wow wow….excellent customer service from the first inquiry till deciding to book. For me, one of the most family friendly, high end places to stay. My daughter’s 16th was celebrated perfectly and without any expectations mansi and team went above and beyond without request. Who I truly truly appreciate xxx Thankyou Sasha for an easy cloud 23 booking for afternoon tea. My family will be returning. Serena excellent customer service. Security lovely smiles and friendly approachable demeanour loved that the kids were safe to roam and explore! As a family we truly had an amazing stay and will be staying again for sure! Can not not thankyou Mansi enough…..! 😘😘😘😘😘 Sarah x

We stopped here for our wedding anniversary and also attended a concert at the etihad. For getting to the etihad deansgate tram station was only a couple of minutes walk and ideal but expect a wait or long walk when heading back. Breakfast was ok with a good enough selection although some of the breads were a little hard but we ate towards the end of service. The day before arrival we were offered an upgrade online for £25 which we chose not to take. The receptionist then tried to sell us the same upgrade from a few different angles whilst we checked in but the price was now £40 so we again chose not to take it. We had read online some people received a little something for their anniversary (this had been noted on the booking) but unfortunately that wasn't us. Online we had also read that there was a discount for parking in using the ncp next door unfortunately the hotel no longer does this so we had a £33 parking fee for the one night. There are other car parks nearby (5-10 mins walk for around £18). The view from our room on the 4th floor wasn't great with a much better view from the hallway outside. We also booked a slot post concert in cloud 23 which did have great views over the city and a good selection of drinks ( I think this is available for non hotel guests as well). The room itself was large with everything you'd need (we had a queen bed) and both slept well. Unfortunately we didn't get opportunity to try the spa/ leisure club. Would we come back possibly but at the price paid and for how much time we spent in the room probably not if we were returning for a concert or show.

On my arrival kaiser on reception was very accommodating and professional. Excellent first impression. I have stayed at the hotel a number of times before but this was the better experience. My room was good but a little tired in places. Staff were very good on a particularly busy evening. Very friendly.

We travel quite a bit to Manchester and this was the first time at this hotel and it wont be our last. Check in was so friendly and our room was available earlier than check in which was a result as we were very hot. The 2 ladies on check in were really lovely (sorry I didn't get their names). Room was on a high floor and had a great view. It was a great size but the biggest disappointment was the mini fridge which didn't work. When we reported it the following day we were told its a cooler and not a fridge. If you put something cold in it will stay that temperature which was a lie as we had put cold drinks in and they were warm when we took them out later (we would have given 5 stars if the mini fridge had worked like a fridge). Also as it was very hot and there are lots of large windows the air con is not as cool as we would like but I just think it was because of all the windows and the heat. We were offered a fan and ice to help cool the room which really did help. There was also an ice machine on our floor which was great. The club lounge 23rd floor is great. We were looked after by Artemis, Maleka, Emily and Daniel. They were all so friendly and helpful and worked incredibly hard and are a credit to the hotel. The flavoured waters were great too. There is hot and cold food in the evening canapes which were really good. We will be returning and hopefully the mini fridges will work like a fridge by then
