Rooms are basic but clean. I had an accessible room which was really user friendly. It was a very hot weekend and the rooms dont have air con but they did have a fan in the room, however with how hot it was, it made it a very uncomfortable night. The staff are amazing in particular, Ming. He assisted me each morning to get my breakfast, without his help i would have struggled. Nothing was too much trouble. Location was very handy for the Etihad and the Co-op Arena Live and also close to Manchester centre and Stockport. Food available here, although the evening meals werent the best the breakfasts were really good.

Would give 0 stars if i could. Absolutely filthy rooms and online customer service is shocking! Checked straight back out after checking in and went to premier inn instead, which was lovely and clean. I'm still arguing about a full refund weeks later even though travelodge has admitted fault and apologised for the state for the rooms. Absolutely never ever going to a traveldoge again.

Rooms basic but clean. Dinner last night was good. Breakfast was ok. Staff very friendly and helpful. The hotel is doing just what I need it to do. Make me feel safe in a new unfamiliar area.

Very good service and very lovely receptionist Named Lynne such a helpful lady helped my dad all the time when he was struggling rest of the staff not so much but the lady called Lynne went above and beyond to help my dad such a lovely person with great customer service and a pleasure to see a pleasant face at the front desk .. Rooms was clean but could have had a clean after first day didn’t see a cleaner in 4 days to clean my room. Tho I did receive new towels daily thought they would have changed my sheets .. Thank you for such a lovely stay again Lynee thank you for all your help
