What visitors say
Great park! You can spend all day exploring the complex. The garden is generally well maintained. Interesting plants from many places in the world. In the Mansion you can feel how the life of the owners looked like. There is also a collection of farm animals - very friendly and willing to be touched.

Great day out. As a NT member I did not pay to visit the house and gardens, which, together with a walk around the parkland filled my day. The house is full of interesting treasures and volunteers who want to talk o you about them. Good selection of food in the stable cafe. Will definitely visit again

Excellent place to visit especially on a quiet midweek. Just visited the gardens. Only a couple of slight disappointments, the rose garden needed more care and the house garden beds had not been planted out by June this year I also thought it was a bit expensive to visit for the day for a couple

Lovely day out, weather was amazing enhanced the experience and views of the stunning gardens and landscapes. Deers wandering freely. Peaceful. Disabled facilities available are good - wheelchair and motorbility scooters (book in advance) The lady at the Welcome Centre was friendly and helpful. Disabled toilets were underwhelming - x2 disabled toilets. The floor was absolutely wet and had no changing table facility for an adult. Staff within the shop/ticketing office were rude. Need to train staff to have etiquettes and diversity. Overall a lovely day out, highly recommended.
