When I booked for my sons 10th birthday to stay the nite I wrote in 1 nite eat stay and play and it showed me cabin with hot tub costing 159 a nite just for cabin and seeing the pics with hot tub that's why I booked it ...so I arrived and cabin is lovely but hot tub was not filled up and when I rung reception they said I needed to book 3 nites minimum to use hot tub and it says it in description small print and tbh I just looked at all the pics of different cabins and booked the one with hot tub in pics not thinking I could not use it lol Anyway it was over 28 degrees and no aircon in cabin so open windows and cabin backs onto the farm where donkeys are and the donkeys got taken in but the donkey poo didn't and I had to complain twice b4 it actually got removed...if ur booking a cabin backed onto the farm u need to state that in the description like u did with 3 day minimum for using hot tub because the flys in the cabin was unreal and lucky my children was not allergic to animals because we come for the theme park not the farm and the dino land has gone down hill since last time I stayed with my son in 2021 all rides have been taken out and for the money u charge its not worth it!! The party package is not worth the money the cake has got smaller and 1 balloon and banner and meet and greet where they dont come to ur cabin no more u have to go to reception and they take a picture and want u to pay for it on top of the 39.95 u have already paid its a joke!! Also I paid for eating and missed breakfast because u can only get food at a certain time and I paid for late check out extra 30 pounds but on evening meal I can't eat meat nor fake meat and nor tomato as it makes me sick and I asked if I paid an extra 2 pound because the 5 options on the menu was 13 pounds and I couldn't eat none of it and pizza was 15 could I get a pizza and they said no so I went hungry and got a chicken burger for my child to take back to cabin and eat after . I'm very disappointed in the amount of money I spent which was over 450 pounds for 1 nite for 1 adult and 2 children and that's not including the money I spent extra in the theme park and campsite and complaining to a bunch of teenagers who dont even care doesn't help. And marshmallow 5.50 for tiny things is a joke they used to be bigger. For the amount of money I spent with no water in hot tub and donkey poo everywhere left for hours smelling out my cabin is not on

We did 2 nights electric camping pitch. The campsite is well spaced and beautiful, lots of play parks for kiddies and the raptor restaurant serves a good selection of food and drink. The lodges looked fun so we might try those another time. When we arrived we struggled to find the site, or any directions online as the postcode leads to dead ends. For anyone else’s reference if you go to the adventure village where the dinosaur farm park is the reception is there in the centre. You can’t drive your car up to the pitch anymore (we couldn’t find this online but maybe it’s there and we missed it) but the site isn’t giant so it’s only maybe a 5 minute walk from the car park to the campsite with the trolleys they provide. The facilities were dated but suitable enough and cleaned a few times during the day. The showers were clean enough but never got any hot water - luckily it was 30°c so it wasn’t the end of the world for us. When we reported issues they were addressed fairly quickly - outdoor taps for drinking water weren’t working initially. We didn’t report the cold water showers because it wasn’t a deal breaker for us. Staff were kind and helpful.

Went for the lights. Was a great experience for the whole family, especially for the kids. They loved it. The staff was very friendly and polite. Interactive with the young ones. Loved the multiple themes for the lights. Also managed to see some animals (even though it was a bit late in the evening). Would recommend it to everyone.

What a great place to stay. The staff are very helpful and super happy. The site has everything you could need, shop, space, clean facilities and right next to Willem Lake or a great pub over looking the marina. Out of 30 sites visited in the last 2 years for a summer break with things to do this HAS to be number 1. If your thinking about going. Stop thinking and book it.
