A brilliant, safe, and clean campsite! The pitches are big, the field is lovely, and having separate, clean shower/toilet blocks is a huge plus. We loved the weekend morning coffee shop and catching some cricket at the club opposite. It’s a quiet rural spot, but Market Harborough is only 10 minutes away if you need anything. Will definitely be back!"

What a little gem! They were a pleasure to deal with! Nothing was too much trouble. We felt welcomed and looked after. Even though the weather was awfull, we had a brilliant time. The breakfast was amazing. Will be going back when the weather improves and time allows. Highly recommended.

Won't be going back We arrived here at 10am on our bike ride whilst queing we heard one lady behind the counter say to the young girl don't serve them any more bacon rolls and then snapped at us and said we won't get any food for at least 20mins this made us feel most unwelcome so I didn't order any food and just got a can of lemonade to which they charged me £2.50 for it I certainly won't be going back and I heard the lady snap another couple.

We had a lovely 2 night stay at the campsite. We visited as 2 families with 4 children aged 10, 7, 6 and 4. The campsite is small and quaint, with a nice amount of pitches. The clientele all seemed to be lovely and we had no issues. The cafe on site is fab and we enjoyed a jacket potato for lunch which was super. The toilets and showers are decent, and as pitch 10 and 11, were in close proximity. There are nice little touches in the communal area such as a "campers fridge", spare sun cream and insect repellent, hand cream, first aid kit etc. Across the road is the sports club which hosted a cricket game during our stay which the Husbands sat and enjoyed in the sun. We took the kids for a stroll into the village, 5-10 min walk with young ones, and they had fun at the playground en route back. Our only "cons" were that we missed a washing up station with a hot water tap, but were happy to boil the kettle and use the washing up stand provided behind the pitch, we were camping after all! We also felt that if pitch 9c and 9d were filled, there wouldnt be a great deal of room for the kids to play at this end of the campsite. Luckily, no one was pitched there during our stay so the kids had plenty of space to kick a ball and play. Overall a fantastic stay and we would recommend to others.
