The Coach House is a converted stone building adjoining the main house in Great Easton, between the A1 and M1. It's a Grade II listed property decorated in traditional cottage style with period furniture and antique pieces. Two bedrooms sleep five: one double bed in each room, plus a single in the second bedroom. There's one bathroom with a bath and shower, a study upstairs, and downstairs a living room, second sitting room without a television, dining room and separate toilet. The kitchen has an Aga, dishwasher, air fryer and microwave for serious cooking or keeping things simple.
Outside, there's a front lawn and rear courtyard with patio, sitting-out area and summerhouse. Parking for three cars is on site, and there's a bike store. The garden includes a pond. Inside, both living rooms have electric coal-effect fires. Wi-Fi, electricity, bed linen and towels are provided, and heating is included. The location sits on the Leicestershire, Rutland and Northamptonshire border near fishing, reservoirs, golf courses and cycle routes. Market Harborough, Melton Mowbray, Oakham, Uppingham and Stamford are all within reasonable distance. A pub is within a mile walk. The property does not permit smoking.
