Hill Farm

Hill Farm is a detached farmhouse on a working farm between Harby and Melton Mowbray, surrounded by open countryside. It sleeps 10 across six bedrooms: four doubles or twins, and two singles. Two bathrooms serve the property—one with bath and shower cubicle, one with shower cubicle only. The whole place is yours alone, and one well-behaved pet can stay free of charge.

Downstairs you have a living room with Freeview, Sky and DVD, a second sitting room, a kitchen/dining room with a woodburner and full appliances including dishwasher, utility room with washing machine, and a separate utility space. Bed linen, towels, WiFi and heating oil are all included; the woodburner's initial logs are provided too. A travel cot, highchair and stairgate are available on request. The enclosed garden has a lawn, seating area and furniture. Private parking fits five cars, and there's a bike store.

Walking and cycling routes lead straight from the property into the Vale of Belvoir countryside. Rutland Water, Belvoir Castle, Barnsdale Gardens and various country parks lie within easy reach. Melton Mowbray, Oakham, Stamford and Grantham are all nearby for market-town exploration. No smoking is permitted inside.
