The property holds two bedrooms—one with a king bed and ensuite shower, the other a double—plus a separate bathroom with both bath and shower. Two reception rooms give flexibility: one for relaxing in front of the smart TV, the other combining living and dining space. The kitchen has an electric oven, hob, dishwasher and washing machine, so cooking and laundry are both feasible. Essentials like electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi are covered. A travel cot is available if needed.

Outside, the enclosed lawned garden has a sitting area and furniture, with a step down from the house itself. Two cars can park on site. The village of Bottesford has pubs, cafes, a bakery and shops within walking distance, and there is a train station serving Nottingham and beyond. Belvoir Castle, the Grantham Canal and countryside walks are close enough for day trips. No smoking indoors; one pet stays free.
