The room is a basic room, but comfortable, we had a view of the wild rabbits which was fun. Not much in the way of service as there's no restaurant in the building, but the staff were did see were very friendly, pleasant and polite. The location was only 15 minutes drive from where we needed to get to so it was great. A bit of aur conditioning woukd have been good, but they did provide a desk top fan.

Great value. Friendly, helpful staff on check-in desk, very accommodating. Room was spotlessly clean, quiet and the bed was so comfortable. We slept so well. Plenty of places to grab food in the services, the Boundary Store and in the huge garden centre too all within a couple of minutes walk. Definitely recommend this place and will return again.

Last minute stop over. Lady on reception was lovely and helpful. The room was immaculate. Large room with kettle and tea making facilities. Room was warm but there was a fan in the room. £36 a night. Would highly recommend. Lots of places to eat in the services. Amazing value.

Place is clean and staff great. Only problem is they suddenly don't include parking in the price. For a lorry you have to pay full price overnight parking at WH Smith's.
