What visitors say
We had our grandsons birthday party here and booked the place to have to ourselves as we have autistic grandchildren, the kids had an amazing time . The staff were brilliant they help us keep track of the time , layed the tables out for the food. Cooked the food beautifully and tidied up afterwards too. We would definitely recommend it to anyone else, stress free kids party's are a must these days and these guys pulled it off for us . Very happy 😊

We booked an exclusive party for our son and I’m so glad we did! The staff were really attentive, always checking in throughout. Everything was explained at arrival so we weren’t left guessing. It felt really personal and the staff made a fuss of our son at all times. The party flowed so well and we literally didn’t have to do anything. All our friends commented on how the exclusive party made such a difference. Highly recommend!

We visited on Monday with an 11:45 booking. It's disappointing that you claim you cannot find my booking, even though it was under my name and I had to give my name on arrival before we were allowed in. We paid for two hours but left after just one hour because we were so disappointed with the overall experience. The venue did not come close to the standard advertised on your Facebook page and website . We visited because of the advertised Moana and Stitch event, but unfortunately it was our first and last visit. This review reflects our genuine experience, and I don't feel there is anything further to investigate or resolve. I deliberately chose not to mention the incident between the children in my review, as it was not the main reason for my 1-star rating. However, since you have chosen to bring it up in your response, I feel I should correct the facts. My granddaughter was not simply pushed once. She was repeatedly kicked on the slide by a much older child, despite the slide next to them being completely empty. It was your Moana performer who approached me, not the other way around. I assumed she was the child's mother, so I explained what had happened. As a member of your staff, she could also have reported the incident herself if she felt it required attention. Putting that incident aside, it was never the main reason for my review. My disappointment was with the overall experience – the overcrowding, the lack of cleanliness, the chaotic environment, and the fact that the venue did not come close to the standard presented on your Facebook page and website. That is why we chose to leave after only one hour, despite having paid for two. I think it's time to draw a line under this discussion. My review has remained consistent from the beginning because it reflects my genuine experience. In contrast, your public replies have been repeatedly edited and rewritten as this conversation has progressed. I don't believe there is any benefit in continuing this exchange. Anyone reading my review and your responses will be able to see for themselves which of us has remained consistent and which version has continued to change. I stand by my original review.

Nice large play area for the children. Ample seating for the adults. Food and drink a little pricey. I attended a children's party with my 7yr old who has severe allergies and was told that a vegan option would be provided. Whilst the rest of the children had lots of cakes, chocolate, crisps and biscuits etc my son was given a sandwich, crisps, pot of jelly and a banana. Luckily I had brought some of his free from foods and sweet treats with me so he didnt feel left out so I was not impressed that they had literally just provided the bare minimum to conform to legislation instead of taking into account the child's feelings and providing some similar options like the rest of the children had. Only real criticism I have and it would be nice if in future they considered extending the allergy free options when hosting a children's party.
