Two bedrooms sleep four, one with a double bed and the other with twin beds, served by a shower room and separate toilet. Everything is on the ground floor and opens onto a shared decking area with seating.

The living space is open-plan, with a kitchen fitted for proper cooking—gas oven and hob, dishwasher, fridge and microwave—alongside a dining table and lounge with electric fire and Smart TV. Both main bedrooms have their own screens too. Essentials like heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi are included in your stay. There is parking for two cars on site, and one well-behaved pet can come with you for no extra charge.

The park itself has a coarse fishing lake and grants access to an outdoor swimming pool at the neighbouring holiday park. Beyond that, Devon's villages, country pubs and walking routes are within easy reach. No smoking is permitted inside the caravan.
