Sundance

Dartmoor and the Devon coast are both within driving distance of Sundance, a four-bedroom cottage sleeping eight on shared grounds in Mid Devon. The property itself comes with a private hot tub, a summerhouse with bar, and an enclosed garden. On-site you'll find a heated outdoor swimming pool (open May to September), a children's play area, and a games room with pool table and darts, all shared with the other holiday lets on the 10½-acre site.

The house is arranged over two floors. Downstairs holds a dining room, kitchen with electric ovens and hob, a second living room, utility room with washing machine, and a kingsize bedroom with ensuite bathroom. Upstairs are three more bedrooms: one with a super kingsize bed and ensuite shower, two with pairs of single beds and ensuite showers. A family or two couples will find space here without crowding. The kitchen is equipped for self-catering, and essentials like electricity, wi-fi, bed linen and towels are included. There's parking for four cars and a travel cot and highchair if needed. No smoking throughout the property.
