Honey Pippin is a detached four-bedroom cottage on a 10-acre wooded estate near Exeter, with everything built in for a week away. The kitchen has two electric ovens, a dishwasher, microwave and full-sized fridge and freezer, so cooking for eight is straightforward. The main living space opens across a ground floor that includes two bedrooms with patio doors to the garden, a bathroom with bath and shower, and a utility room with washer and dryer. Upstairs, a second lounge and the remaining two bedrooms (one kingsize, one with twin singles) let you spread out; three bathrooms across the property mean minimal queuing. A travel cot, highchair and stairgate are available if needed. Wi-Fi, electricity, bed linen and towels are all included.
Outside, there's a private hot tub and a large garden with seating. You'll share the estate's grounds with other cottages: a heated swimming pool (open May to September), a games room with pool table, and a children's play area with swings and a wendy house. Parking is available for four cars, and the property is non-smoking throughout. The nearest landmark is Cheriton Bishop Playgroup; arrival is after 4pm and checkout before 10am.

Myself and my two daughters recently spent a week’s holiday at Horselake Farm cottages. It was a very special reunion for the three of us as one of my daughters lives in Canada. We stayed in Sundance, a very beautiful and well appointed property and outside space. We were warmly welcomed by Sheila and quickly felt at home. It was so important for us to have a lovely place to stay for this special holiday and Sundance was perfect. It was spacious and extremely well appointed with high-end appliances, a wonderful jetted tub, and all the comforts you could need. The beds were very comfortable and every bedroom had blackout blinds. The garden area is stunning with beautiful views across the farm, a lovely covered dining and seating area, and of course the wonderful hot tub. We found Horselake farm very well situated with easy access on good roads to many places of interest, both coastal and countryside. Thank you Sheila for a wonderful stay. We really hope to return again and will definitely recommend your accommodation to anyone visiting this area.

What a great place! Beautiful area. Our cottage was the Florina lovely and modern, spacious , great hot tub. 7 ladies loved it and we want to come again for longer. Thanks Sheila for the welcome and informing us of some great local pubs. Great weekend with lots of memories made.

This place is so beautiful and well taken care of! Extremely well managed! The neighbors who live nearby in the property are gems of Human Beens!! We recently had a fantastic time there with a huge family reunion! Definitely recommend the location, super well kept amenities as well as the owners who are present and extremely helpful! If that wasn't enough we got to see how kind they were when we had a family emergency late into the night. They were there.for us! Offering any help and assistance we could possibly hope for and been extremely compassionate and understanding! Our gratitude forever for going way way above and beyond anyone would! Blessings!❤️🙏
