Sunset is one of six converted barns set across landscaped, wooded grounds where a heated outdoor swimming pool (May to September), games room and children's play area are shared with other guests staying on the estate. The village of Cheriton Bishop lies nearby; Exeter is under 10 miles away.
This two-bedroom cottage sleeps four and gives you the whole property to yourselves. Downstairs is an open-plan living space with kitchen, dining and lounge areas, where you'll find a dishwasher, fridge and electric cooker. Upstairs are two bedrooms: one with a double bed and ensuite bath with shower, the other with two single beds and an ensuite shower cubicle. There's a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer (shared with other properties), an enclosed garden with seating, and parking for two cars. Wifi, electricity, bed linen and towels are included; a welcome pack arrives on check-in.
One well-behaved pet can stay free. The property is no-smoking throughout. Fishing on the River Teign is three miles away; golf courses are four miles off.

Myself and my two daughters recently spent a week’s holiday at Horselake Farm cottages. It was a very special reunion for the three of us as one of my daughters lives in Canada. We stayed in Sundance, a very beautiful and well appointed property and outside space. We were warmly welcomed by Sheila and quickly felt at home. It was so important for us to have a lovely place to stay for this special holiday and Sundance was perfect. It was spacious and extremely well appointed with high-end appliances, a wonderful jetted tub, and all the comforts you could need. The beds were very comfortable and every bedroom had blackout blinds. The garden area is stunning with beautiful views across the farm, a lovely covered dining and seating area, and of course the wonderful hot tub. We found Horselake farm very well situated with easy access on good roads to many places of interest, both coastal and countryside. Thank you Sheila for a wonderful stay. We really hope to return again and will definitely recommend your accommodation to anyone visiting this area.

What a great place! Beautiful area. Our cottage was the Florina lovely and modern, spacious , great hot tub. 7 ladies loved it and we want to come again for longer. Thanks Sheila for the welcome and informing us of some great local pubs. Great weekend with lots of memories made.

This place is so beautiful and well taken care of! Extremely well managed! The neighbors who live nearby in the property are gems of Human Beens!! We recently had a fantastic time there with a huge family reunion! Definitely recommend the location, super well kept amenities as well as the owners who are present and extremely helpful! If that wasn't enough we got to see how kind they were when we had a family emergency late into the night. They were there.for us! Offering any help and assistance we could possibly hope for and been extremely compassionate and understanding! Our gratitude forever for going way way above and beyond anyone would! Blessings!❤️🙏
