Serenity Cottages - Lavender Cottage

Eye sits in the quieter reaches of Mid Suffolk, well positioned for exploring the county's historic market towns and the Suffolk Coast. Lavender Cottage, a converted property dating to the early 1700s, stands in Stoke Ash and gives you a base for days out to Framlingham's castle, Diss, or the walking routes across Thornham estate and the Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.

The cottage holds three bedrooms spread across two floors and three bathrooms—one with a roll-top bath, the others with showers. Downstairs, a living room with a woodburning fireplace opens to a well-equipped kitchen with gas and electric cooking, dishwasher and all the essentials for shared meals. Upstairs, bedroom spaces include a zip-and-link bed (convertible to singles) and two others, one kingsize with its own shower room. Electricity, heating, wi-fi, bed linen and towels are included; initial fuel for the fire is on the house.

Beyond the back door, an enclosed garden holds a private hot tub for six, a sauna, seating and a barbecue. The property sleeps six and welcomes one well-behaved pet. It's yours alone—no other guests sharing the grounds. No smoking indoors. Check-in is after 3pm, checkout before 11am.
