What guests say
We've stayed in many Travelodges and you get what you expect. Never awful. Never fantastic. However this one was a pleasant surprise. The desk team were all smiley and happy to help, actively looking to help us out with smiles on their faces. Breakfast was good value with nicely prepped bacon, sausage and scrambled eggs. But to add joy, the gent in service went out of his way to make sure nothing was missing and if we wanted something we should just ask. The location is convenient (handy for Bletchley Park) but hardly lovely but that's not a problem. Huge car park. Special thanks to Matthew and Giedrus because my wife left her iPad in the room and the service folks found it, phoned us to say they'd kept it safe and we were able to come straight back and get it. Sorry I didn't catch the names of the other folks on the happy smiley team there but they were all helpful and not the usual "just getting the job done" kinda crew you find at some venues. 👍👍

Was OK, location was ideal for us. I liked the bed, nice and firm but too firm for the missus. There was a bit of a strange smell throughout the building but only notice it when you enter. Breakfast was nothing to shout about...not freshly cooked, all under heatlamps...bacon was solid eggs were only scrabbled not fried sausages I thought were nice but were very herby!

The room I lived in was really clean. Location is quite distant from the hustle bustle. Staff service was alright - had to wait 5 mins to be checked in just so manager and receptionist could finish their chat.

They need to sort the entrance door the to hotel rooms as not working properly and especially if you are in a wheelchair or only having one hand very difficult to open. But the service was good staff very friendly and helpful and beer and food deserves a mention especially all you can eat breakfast.
