We recently booked Little Bugs Soft Play for our 3-year-old's birthday party, and we couldn't have been happier with the experience. The communication from Rachel was first class from start to finish. The effort she puts into making each party extra special, with personalised banners and balloons, was such a lovely touch and made our little boy's day even more memorable. On the day, we were warmly greeted by Charlotte, who couldn't have been more helpful. Nothing was too much trouble, and her support throughout the event meant we could relax and enjoy the party with our family and friends. We would highly recommend Little Bugs Soft Play to anyone looking for a stress-free, well-organised, and memorable children's party. Took our 14 month old daughter here who had a great time. There is an under 2s soft play area with a ball pit, climbing blocks, mirrors and sensory water feature. There is then a 2 tier soft play area with another ball pit, slide and tunnel which was also enjoyed. The staff member was welcoming and friendly throughout our time there - We will definitely come back again.

A lovely little soft play within a cafe, with yummy treats and drinks. I like the fact they are using throw away cups with lids to help prevent little people burning themselves. The soft play a good size with a large ball pit and I liked the under twos bit with a wide selection of activities to do, from toys, ball pit, climbing blocks, fish tube and mirrors. Only thing that made me feel uncomfortable today is a parent/grandparent allowing their child to get into my 10 months old face and making him cry as he was backed into the corner by the fish tube with another child by the side of him.

I have visited Little Bugs a couple of times since it has opened and I’ve been so impressed on every visit! I have 2 young boys, 2&1/2 yrs and 1 yr, so often find going to soft play venues a very hectic & stressful experience. Little Bugs has a big under 2 area with such a variety of age appropriate activities and the bigger play area is a perfect size for my 2 year old (small enough for him to go and play independently and not feel overwhelmed, but also big enough to keep him entertained for our 3 hour visit!). I also like the open plan style and find it very reassuring that I am able to keep an eye on my eldest son, whilst sat in the baby section with my youngest. The venue (inc the soft play equipment and toilets) are very hygienic and clean. I was also very impressed with the variety of drinks and snacks on the menu, not only for adults but children too. Great atmosphere & very friendly staff. We will definitely be visiting again soon!😊
