What a find. Lovely building in beautiful grounds. 5 minutes walk to a great beach. Very relaxing environment. Room was comfortable and clean. Friendly staff. Dog friendly. Nice breakfast but bacon and tattie overdone. Overall value for money was outstanding. Would definitely stay again if I was in the area.

What a lovely wee B&B/hotel. Nice grounds and a short stroll to Lunan Bay beach. Cisy wee bar area with outside seating and an other building that does food and drink in the busy season. Also a wee cafe on the way to the beach. Staff were lovely. Dinber choices at night limited, went out of season, but decent price and a good portion. Breakfast was not as good. Haggis, black puddinng and sausage weren't very nice, in our opinion. Tattie scone was like a brick.
