Outfit Moray

What a bunch of incredible people. I am compelled to pass on to other people possibly looking for a quality used, approved and serviced cycle. Wether you are looking for a mountain bike, road bike an all around town bike or other. This is a bike shop I can wholeheartedly endorse. I had purchased three fantastic bikes from them with the intentions to send them to Canada for later use. Unfortunately due to transport costs it wasn't an economical proposition in the end. But during the process of trying to assist me. Everything was always in good hands (a special mention to Neil is required here) and I was fully informed and updated all the way. Therefore if you want the proper treatment as a customer and a cycling fan, you are with the right people. And when you consider what Outfit Moray's purpose is to provide outside experiences to the local area, then it's a winner all-round. As highly recommended as is possible. 🎉👍🏻

Recently brought a bike from them, along with tyres being replaced and awaiting another bike for my daughter. Amazing service, and know what there talking about, easily hooked us up with the correct frame for my size and worked out the frame for my daughter, just awaiting for one to come in. Amazing company, and highly recommended for no hassle, correct advice and polite and patient. Edit: both my girls have done the outfit moray this half term and they throughly enjoyed themselves, doing activities they never thought they would do. Highly recommended for helping children get out of their comfort zone and learn new skills. They will be coming along to the next ones for sure.

My son and daughter attended the paddle boarding and bushcraft, and they had an absolutely fantastic day, they haven’t stopped talking about it! The instructors were brilliant with them and made sure they had a brilliant time in the water whilst staying safe. Before the event when I had questions about the snacks as my son is vegetarian the company were really responsive and helpful. Will definitely be booking again for them if we can.

In May this year myself and my son who has special needs, signed up to a 5 day course. On two days we went kayaking and canoeing at Kingston. We had a great time. Our instructor Andy was helpful and encouraging. My son enjoyed both days and wants to go back again. He was very excited when he heard he was going back for a second day. He also did bushcraft and zip wires on two other days. We were charged a nominal sum but there's scope to add a donation. Would highly recommend Outfit Moray.
