Brodie

Brodie is a detached lodge set within 28 acres of private woodland a few minutes from Forres. It suits families or couples wanting seclusion without isolation—the grounds offer woodland walks, and Forres itself is close by with shops and restaurants. One small or medium dog stays free. Everything is on the ground floor: an open-plan living space with a wood-effect electric heater, Smart TV and DVD player flows into a dining area and kitchen; two bedrooms (one double, one twin) and a bathroom with bath and shower complete the layout. Bed linen and towels are provided, along with electricity and heating.

Outside there is a private patio with garden furniture and parking for two cars. A shared laundry room with washing machines and tumble dryers is available if needed. The grounds include a small lochan, so do supervise children and dogs. The location works well for accessing both the Moray coast and inland attractions—Speyside's whisky trail and the Cairngorms are within reach for day trips. The property is no-smoking throughout.
