Eilean

Eilean stands alone on a substantial woodland estate near Rafford, surrounded by natural grounds that feel completely private. The lodge itself is detached, set back from any neighbours, with parking for two cars and space to breathe. One dog stays free, making it suitable for those wanting to explore the Highland landscape without leaving a pet behind.

The layout is practical for groups and families. Ground floor accommodation includes three bedrooms—a double and two twins—with two bathrooms to match. The main living area is open plan, combining living and dining space with an electric wood burner, Smart TV and DVD player. The kitchen handles proper cooking, equipped with an electric oven, hob, microwave and dishwasher. Bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi are included; heating and electricity are charged by meter. An external laundry room with washing machines and tumble dryers is shared with other properties on the estate.

The woodland grounds are shared and include a small lochan, with sitting areas dotted about. Entry involves four steps. There is a fenced lochan in the grounds. No smoking is permitted inside.
