Dava

Dava is a detached lodge built into 28 acres of private woodland a few minutes from Forres. The entire property sits at ground level, accessed by three steps, and comes to you alone—no shared spaces, no neighbours, just trees and the fenced lochan that sits somewhere in the grounds. One small or medium dog stays free.

Inside are two bedrooms (a double and a twin), a bathroom, and an open-plan living space with an electric woodburner, Smart TV and DVD player. The kitchen is properly equipped for cooking; bed linen, towels and wifi are included. Heating and electricity are on an honesty-box meter system. There is a shared laundry room if you need it, and parking for two cars on site.

From here you have direct access to woodland walks and, if you venture further, Forres is close enough for shops and restaurants. The Moray coast, Speyside distilleries and the Cairngorms are all within reach. Smoking is not permitted.
