Ferness

Ferness comes equipped for self-catering groups and families. The kitchen has an electric oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and freezer. The open-plan living space centres on a smart TV and electric woodburner, with a dining area and conservatory providing extra room to spread out. Three bedrooms sleep six: one double and two twins. Two bathrooms mean less queuing—one has a bath with shower over, the other a cubicle shower. Wi-Fi, electricity, bed linen and towels are all included.

The lodge sits detached across 28 acres of woodland near Forres, with parking for two cars on site and a private sitting area with garden furniture. A shared laundry room with washing machines and tumble dryers serves guests staying in the grounds. One dog can stay free. The property is ground floor throughout, accessed via four steps. The grounds include a fenced lochan and shared seating areas among the trees. No smoking inside.
