Firth View is a traditional fisherman's cottage built to take advantage of its position on the Moray coast. The property sits semi-detached just fifty yards from the shoreline, with direct access to beach and shingle; the enclosed lawned garden provides a sheltered outdoor space with patio, furniture and a barbecue for calmer days. An air source heat pump handles heating throughout, and Wi-Fi is included so you're not cut off even when the weather turns.
Inside are four bedrooms sleeping eight people across two floors. The ground floor has a king bedroom with ensuite shower, two single beds in the second bedroom, and a separate bathroom with both bath and shower. Upstairs, a double and another pair of singles make up the remaining accommodation. The kitchen is well equipped for self-catering with an electric cooker, dishwasher, microwave and washing machine. Cots, travel cots, highchairs and a stairgate are available on request. The sitting room has a Freeview TV and DVD player, and beds come made up with linen and towels supplied.
The location suits birdwatchers and wildlife enthusiasts especially—the Scottish Wildlife Trust's Spey Bay reserve is nearby, and the coast here regularly hosts ospreys, waders, dolphins and seals. Walkers will find the Speyside Way close by, plus the Whisky Trail inland with multiple distilleries offering tours. A golf course sits a few hundred yards away. One dog is welcome to stay free of charge. Smoking is not permitted inside.
