Panther Paws

Really friendly supportive place , sauna is hot , steam room is good, wave machine in pool is fun. Only thing is a few items out of use at present , jacuzzi and water slides , which would have been fun, overall brilliant though.

Small birthday party offerings are reasonably priced (before food) although when offering a food package with this it's a bit disjointed (you go to an entirely different area for this). We only did the small bouncy castle and soft play, so can't comment on the bigger packages. The pool is enjoyable although the changing facilities could be cleaner (any time we've been recently there's been a strong smell of urine). A bit of a stretch to say it offers cafe facilities, no sandwiches available at lunchtime during school holidays and next to no seating available. It does the job but there's definitely room for improvement.

The gym is absolutely shocking lacking in a lot of equipment and quite dirty. Only one water fountain way at the top of the gym. Needs a good deep clean and some more equipment. The changing rooms are filthy and looks like they barely get cleaned. Air conditioning is non existent and doors are always shut so no fresh air coming in. A good refurb is needed. Better gyms in inverness that’s worth your money.

As there is no towel rule in the sauna the wood already smells like sweat and it’s mainly men talking very loudly in there. No sauna culture, no relaxing experience. A sauna is supposed to be a quiet place where you put a towel under your A, but UK has not understood that yet .also overall very dirty showers and changing rooms.Seen a guest blow his nose with his hand and cleaned it in the jacuzzi .. I was horrified after that experience . Not worth the membership or daypass .
