Really good venue for the children to ice skate. It was very well organised and the staff were friendly and helpful. Nice bar area so you can sit with a drink whilst others enjoy the activities. It was not over crowded either so they manage the numbers on the ice well. I found it to be average price for this activity and well worth the money.

Great staff very helpful. Only downside is the skates you hire, do really need replacing, poor condition and shabby

Went ice skating on Saturday during the kids zone time. The centre of the rink is fenced off with planty of really helpful staff assisting wobbly adults care for the excited kids. They are well provided for with various aids that keep you upright. It was busy but.there was plenty of space to not get in each other's way both in the central kids zone and on the main rink area. Really enjoyed it and will be back!

(family trip with brother and niece and nephew 15 and 11yrs) I wouldn't go here again. It was chaos from start to finish. Getting on and off the ice between sessions had really bad organisation and was just a huge crush. They just seem to cram as many people on the ice as possible, to the point where it feels completely unsafe. All ages, all abilities, all equipment. I saw many collisions, near misses, it was like running the gauntlet trying to avoid others. I was continually hit from behind by toboggans with parents unable to control their speed/direction. You could share a couple of strides before shuffling in throngs of people.
