The ground floor has two double bedrooms, a shower room, and a separate toilet; upstairs are four more bedrooms including a kingsize and three doubles, each with their own facilities. One dog stays free.

The main house centres on a living room with an open fire and a dining room where a juke box sits ready to use. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking from scratch, with electric oven, gas hob, dishwasher and all the basics. Beyond the French doors, the garden offers a heated outdoor swimming pool (9m by 4.5m), a private hot tub for six, a children's play area, garden furniture and a barbecue. A separate games cabin houses a pinball machine, table tennis table, TV and a selection of games and toys. Bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and heating are all included; initial fuel for the fire comes with the booking. The property is no-smoking throughout.

This works well for large family gatherings or groups of friends wanting space to spread out. Sway village is roughly one mile away. Private parking accommodates six cars.
